"I first met Cheryl after losing my husband and both parents over a span of 4 years, and she helped me through my grief and to reconnect with myself. When I became depressed grieving the breakup of a relationship 4 years later, I turned to Cheryl once again to help me to find a new perspective and stop the negative talk in my head. After the first session I started to feel better, and now that we have completed 8 sessions, I feel stronger, clear headed and authentic and have found my enthusiasm for life again."

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.
Chances are, you're reading this because you've experienced a difficult loss, and it's impacted you to your core.
Please know that you aren't alone. In 1998, my life changed forever when my 8-year-old daughter Rachel unexpectedly passed away from a condition called Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura (ITP), which was triggered by a flu bug.
My life was turned upside down in a way I never could have imagined. In the midst of the profound grief, I suited up and went back to work. But, I couldn't think straight or concentrate. Furthermore, I craved more meaning and freedom in my life. So I left that corporate job to start my own business. While I chose this wholeheartedly, it was still a loss in that my "old life" no longer felt right. Through all this, my memories of Rachel kept me going.
Prior to losing Rachel, I went through a difficult divorce. I'd done a lot of healing around the loss of that relationship, and we were on good terms. But, I was further shaken by loss when my ex died by suicide.
Although tragic for me, I have been blessed with my most treasured gifts in life from this tragedy. By confronting my grief, I have been able to live again! I learned what my purpose is, how to strengthen my faith, my consciousness and my awareness, and how to share tragedy and have it be an inspiration to others.

“The most wonderful thing about the program was Cheryl. You could count on her every week to be there, listening, discovering right along with you, and cheering you on your journey. Her depth of empathy comes from her own personal experience, which she openly shares, to help you move forward.”
